About Me

I designed, researched and brainstormed this workbook with all the benefits of my experience as an educator and content designer. I wove in my expertise in the areas of Psychology, Leadership, Coaching and Theology, and just basic life experience and hopefully some wisdom that comes with time and experience.

I designed this workbook because I want this to make a difference. I wanted to make this in time for the New Year because I know it's a time when most people are looking ahead with fresh hopes, dreams, goals and intentions. And I want to support you in that by offering you a few quick wins.
